Q. What is your service? Is it an online course?

A. No, we do not offer any training course. We will help you to take your exam in our partner testing center, so that you can pass without exam.


Q. Is this service illegal?

A. Sure not. All our exams are not government exam or taken in government testing center, like IETLS. We will not do any illegal testing services.


Q. If the test is completed in UK, is it a problem to be realized that I am based in US?

A. All IT exam are same in worldwide, even you take in US, UK, or JP, it is totally same, and there is no way to check where you taken from in offical account or certificates.


Q. Are these exam records registered at Microsoft / Cisco? So if anyone checks the status with Microsoft /Cisco, it can be confirmed as a proper exam pass?

A. Exactly. Exams will be taken for you at the authorized testing centers with the help of the certified instructor and thus everything is the same as a regular candidate.


Q. Will I receive genuine certificates, badges and certification wallet card in my name?

A. Sure. You will receive a full package of welcome kit directly mailed directly from Microsoft / Cisco to your home address directly.


Q. Which payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept payment with paypal, moneybookers, western union or moneygramr.


Q. How can I know the service progress once I make the payment?

A. You will get the test result within 5 business days if you find you exam is excess 10 business days, please contact us.
